The House is sited in Umbria in the Tiber Valley to the West of the Appennines, closet o the Tuscan border. Its position permits one to reach many artistic centres such as: Montone, Umbertide, Perugia, Gubbio, Città di Castello, San Sepolcro, Anghiari, etc.
